Nectar’s Promise began with a hand-carved sterling silver cast branch, which served as the inspiration for the entire piece. Perched among its limbs, a sterling silver hummingbird hovers in flight, pausing for a sip of nectar from a blossom. Tiny leaves emerge from the branch while a graceful vine winds gently around it.
